Account opening on indosuper follows four steps. First, create an account with a username, email, password, and mobile number. Second, verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Third, complete identity verification (KYC) by uploading a government-issued ID and proof of address. Fourth, add a payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account). Once these steps are complete, your account is active and you can use all indosuper services. KYC verification typically takes one to two business days. You can adjust account preferences in your Account Settings on indosuper. Options include changing your email, phone number, password, and language preference. You can also view your transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records, and account balance. If you wish to pause activity temporarily, contact our support team and we can discuss options. For permanent account closure, submit a request via Account Settings and we will process it within one business day. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Payments and transactions

Deposits via e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment on indosuper are straightforward. Log into your account, go to Deposit, select your payment method, and enter the amount. You will be redirected to the payment app to confirm the transaction. Once confirmed, the funds appear in your indosuper balance immediately. No additional fees are charged by indosuper, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees. If a deposit does not complete, the funds return to your payment app within one business day. You can deposit as many times as you wish. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method — check the Deposit page for current limits.

If a deposit does not complete, the funds remain in your payment app (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank account) and do not appear in your indosuper balance. Check your payment app to confirm the transaction status. If the transaction shows as pending, wait one business day for it to resolve. If it shows as failed, the funds will be returned automatically. If a withdrawal does not complete, contact our support team with your transaction ID and we will investigate. Withdrawals typically process within one to two business days depending on your payment method. During holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may take longer. If you believe a transaction was lost, provide us with proof (screenshot or transaction ID) and we will help resolve it.

Game rules and categories
